Group Creation & Management Policy

Creating a group within the community offers the privilege of serving as an admin for a 50+ member network. This role provides an exciting opportunity alongside important responsibilities[cite: 2].

Important Notice: Ensure actions do not cause members to leave the community or feel threatened—doing so violates core community policy[cite: 2].

Group Creation Rules

  • Rule 1: Only add members if they have accepted your invitation.
  • Rule 2 (No Spamming): Avoid unnecessary conversations and spamming, which drive members away[cite: 3].
  • Rule 3 (Respectful Engagement): Maintain active engagement free of rude or disrespectful language[cite: 3].
  • Rule 4 (Calls Policy): Avoid unnecessary group calls to prevent member attrition[cite: 3].
  • Rule 5 (Limits & Schedules): Establish daily messaging limits and schedule calls at appropriate times[cite: 3].
  • Rule 6 (Secret Call Feature): Swipe up past the scroll boundary in group views to access secret calls silently without ringtones, keeping members relaxed[cite: 4].
  • Rule 7 (Custom Rules): Creators may set custom group rules as long as they do not override or violate core policies[cite: 4].

General Community Standards

  • Members must treat everyone with respect rather than limiting friendliness exclusively to personal friend circles.
  • Breaking community laws or acting without permission results in temporary bans (days or weeks) scaled to the severity and repetition of the offense. Compliance ensures a positive environment.
  • Because general chats host 50+ members, messaging only 1-2 members from the same section is discouraged when section groups are available. General channels are designated for cross-section interactions (3+ members from different sections) rather than casual yapping.

Roblox Discussions & Privacy Management

  • Roblox Discussions: Excessive Roblox chatter in general channels floods the feed; exceeding 3 distinct discussion threads results in a temporary 2-minute group shutdown[cite: 1].
  • Usernames and account IDs must never be shared across any groups[cite: 1].
  • Communication Etiquette: Zero tolerance for awareness campaigns, arguments, out-of-context GIFs, abuse, or violations[cite: 1].
  • Cooperate with community admins and provide constructive feedback in the help desk[cite: 1].
  • No spamming using alternative languages or encoded emojis carrying inappropriate subtext[cite: 1].
  • Strictly protect personal privacy and communicate with mutual respect[cite: 1].

Restricted Groups & Advertising Policy

  • Special Sections (Except VII A, B, C): Unsolicited advertising and random messages are strictly prohibited in restricted groups[cite: 1].
  • Promotional content and advertisements are permitted exclusively within general channels[cite: 1].
  • Erratic or inappropriate wording is strictly prohibited[cite: 1].

Admin Application Policy

Ascending to an admin role requires formal documentation and structured commitments.

Each requested day of admin status requires 4 sentences of claims/promises and a matching watch period (watch days and admin days run concurrently with no extra duration extension).

Requested Duration Documentation Requirement Watch Period
1 to 6 Days 4 to 12 Sentences 1 to 6 Days
7 Days (1 Week) 16 Sentences 7 Days
1 Month 34 Sentences 1 Month
Half Year Proportional drafting 2 weeks to 1 month
1 Year Proportional drafting 1 to 2 months (watch duration doubles for annual extensions)

Applicants should submit requests directly to the owner privately to receive a 10% to 20% evaluation bonus, followed by instructions to write the formal documentation.

Closing Statement

Following these guidelines builds a strong, active, and respectful community group. Remember: a great admin always leads by example[cite: 4].
